We treat the security and privacy of this data with the highest level of rigor. - **•   Data Privacy and Protection:** We comply with all applicable global data protection regulations. We collect, process, and store personal and corporate data only for legitimate business purposes, ensuring transparency and consent. - **•   Confidentiality:** Employees must safeguard proprietary information belonging to SAT Infotech, our clients, and our technology partners. This includes system architectures, business strategies, pricing models, and unreleased product roadmaps. This obligation extends beyond the termination of employment or contract.   3\. Business Integrity and Fair Practices   We believe in winning business based purely on the superior quality of our solutions, technical expertise, and exceptional service delivery. - **•   Anti-Bribery and Corruption:** SAT Infotech enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption. Avoiding Conflicts of Interest   All decisions made on behalf of SAT Infotech must be based on what is best for the company and its clients, free from personal bias or financial influence. - **•   Defining Conflicts:** A conflict of interest arises when an individual's personal interests interfere—or appear to interfere—with the interests of SAT Infotech. - **•   Outside Engagements:** Employees may not engage in secondary employment, consulting, or freelance work that competes with SAT Infotech, utilizes company resources, or diminishes their ability to fulfill their professional responsibilities to the firm. - **•   Disclosure and Transparency:** Any potential, perceived, or actual conflict of interest—including significant financial investments in competitors, clients, or suppliers—must be fully disclosed to management or Human Resources for review and resolution.   5\. Safeguarding Assets and Intellectual Property   We are stewards of both our own intellectual property and the resources entrusted to us by our clients. - **•   Protection of Intellectual Property (IP):** All codebases, architectural designs, frameworks, applications, and documentation created by employees during their tenure remain the exclusive property of SAT Infotech. We also strictly respect the IP rights, licensing agreements, and open-source protocols of third parties and technology partners. - **•   Proper Use of Company Resources:** Company funds, hardware, software environments, and communication platforms must be used responsibly and legally, primarily for legitimate business activities. - **•   Cybersecurity Vigilance:** Employees must adhere to all internal IT security protocols, including password management, multi-factor authentication, and safe network access, to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.   6\. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability   We recognize our responsibility to the broader global community and the environment. - **•   Environmental Stewardship:** We are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our operations through sustainable IT practices, energy-efficient cloud architectures, and responsible waste management. - **•   Ethical Supply Chain:** We expect our vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to uphold human rights, labor standards, and ethical business practices consistent with this Code. 7\.
